Shipping costs

Shipping costs are in addition to the cost of your purchase(s). They are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs must be prepaid and are based on the weight and size of your package, and the delivery destination address you entered.

We take care when shipping your order

All purchases will be packaged and shipped with care using Shopify Shipping. All packages will be shipped with tracking and insurance.

We send you shipping notifications

Once your payment has been successfully processed and your order fulfilled, a shipping notification with tracking information for your order will be sent by email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order to receive this information. If you did not receive this notification, please contact us with your order # .

SPECIAL NOTICE to CUSTOMERS IN THE USA: DUTY FREE shipping is back!

All items on this site are Made in USA or printed in Canada, and can be shipped DUTY FREE into the U.S.A.

We have implemented a new documentation and shipping process to meet the new US Customs and carrier requirements. All purchases from this site by customers in the U.S.A. must be shipped delivery, duty paid (DDP), which includes shipping, customs clearance fees and applicable taxes. These charges are shown at checkout, and must be pre-paid by you. We do the paperwork to ensure our items enter U.S.A. duty-free, however, since there may be delays at U.S. customs, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Other countries have different import rules and shipments are not affected.

Duties and local taxes

If applicable, customs or import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and depend on the destination country. Sometimes, parcels are delayed by Customs in the country of import.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE USA ABOUT DUTY & U.S. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES:

Starting August 29, 2025,  U.S. customers will be required to prepay any applicable duty, customs clearance fees and taxes when you make your purchase.

Items from this website purchased and shipped to customers in the U.S.A. should be DUTY FREE, according to current U.S.M.C.A. rules of origin. All vintage jewellery, home decor products offered on this website were Made in the U.S.A. New books are Printed in Canada.

Allow for extra time for Holiday shipping

Please note, at holiday time and for busy special occasions, such as Valentine’s Day, delivery times can increase from our carriers. When available, shipping deadline dates will be announced in advance. However, no guarantees can be given about the delivery time or date, as these are not controlled by our shop.
