This square-shaped brooch with purple and clear rhinestones is another variant of the 1938 late Art Deco series by McClelland Barclay. Purple is a less frequently seen colour than some of the others. See this beautiful brooch on page 115 of my book about artist McClelland Barclay. The same Art Deco brooch design is also available in silvertone metal with blue stones.
