This is a 1940s Art Moderne cuff bracelet with red rhinestones, clear baguettes and pavé rhinestones. The spiral creates a dramatic look. The same design is available as a spiral brooch with red rhinestones, and a spiral dress clip. All three pieces are shown on p. 122 of my book.
