McCLELLAND BARCLAY Bronze Plated and Wooden Terrier Dog Paperweight
McCLELLAND BARCLAY Bronze Plated and Wooden Terrier Dog Paperweight
This terrier dog decorative paperweight is like a piece of art for your desk! A vintage bronze-plated metal terrier dog statuette stands atop a bronze metal base. The base is fitted into a beautifully rounded wooden stand. Because of its colour and grain, the wood used in the stand may be mahogany. This piece is very sleek and moderne, and substantial enough to be a useful paperweight. One of several terrier decorative and functional desk accessories like a pencil sharpener and ink blotter designed by Mac - a lifelong dog owner. A delightful vintage find for dog lovers!
Year Made: 1930s
Condition: fair vintage (with a mark on the bronze and some signs of wear; a bright spot on the wood; wear to the felt underpad)
