This pair of gold plated horsehead bookends offer a timeless, striking design. The horses, with their flaring nostrils, finely sculpted heads and manes deserve a prominent place on your bookshelf or desk. They were part of a home decor collection manufactured in the 1930s by McClelland Barclay Art Products, Inc., New York.

Condition: excellent vintage condition (with some loose padding inside one bookend, and there is some rubbing on the plating)
