This is a 1940s Art Moderne gold-plated dress clip. It has a curled leaf decoration with clear pavé rhinestones and tiny red accent stones. The same dress clip design is also available with blue accent stones, as well as similar looks as a bow brooch or cuff bracelet with green accents. All were made as part of the 1940 McClelland Barclay Art Moderne jewellery collection by Rice-Weiner & Co. in Providence, RI.
