McCLELLAND BARCLAY Sterling Silver Repoussé Art Deco Dove Brooch, no back

McCLELLAND BARCLAY Sterling Silver Repoussé Art Deco Dove Brooch, no back

This very Art Deco dove, with its fanned feathers is sleek and stylish. The sterling silver has been hammered from behind into the shape of the bird, using a technique known as repoussé, often found in quality handmade Mexican jewellery. The brooch is open-backed, allowing us to see the repoussé work. The same dove design is available as brooches with a solid back or framed, as well as a matching sterling silver Art Deco dove bracelet.
